Store operator and scope
The InfiniteLove Bon Home storefront is operated by InfiniteLove Bon Home Inc.. These terms work with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds, Payment and Privacy policies. Read the information applicable to your order before buying, and keep a copy of the order confirmation.
Products and orders
Review the item, dimensions, options, quantity, delivery address and total at checkout. Product availability can change. An automated receipt acknowledges your order; if there is an availability, pricing or payment issue that prevents fulfilment, we will contact you about a correction, alternative or cancellation rather than silently substituting an item.
Colour may appear different on different screens. Read item-specific specifications and manufacturer instructions; ask us about a detail that is unclear before you order.
Pricing and payment
Displayed storefront currency is CAD. The final checkout total shows applicable shipping and taxes. Payment is processed using the options offered for the transaction. We do not add an undisclosed optional service or return charge after you have agreed to the purchase or return arrangement. See our Payment Policy for payment questions.
Delivery, returns and cancellations
Delivery estimates and the selected service are described in the shipping policy and your order information. A requested cancellation must be raised promptly and before dispatch where possible. The return policy explains the 30-day request window, return authorization, damaged or incorrect items, fees disclosed in advance and refund timing.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate contact and address information. Keep account credentials private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not attempt to access another customer’s information, interfere with the service, place fraudulent orders or upload unlawful or harmful material. Reviews and other submissions must reflect your own experience and must not disclose someone else’s private information.
Content and third-party services
Brand names and product materials may identify their respective owners. Store content is not permission to reuse another party’s protected material. Payment providers, carriers and linked websites have their own terms for their services. A link is not an endorsement or an assurance that an external website is always available.
Rights, limitations and resolving concerns
Contact us first with your order reference and an explanation of the problem so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms excludes a statutory warranty, remedy, cancellation right, privacy right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation is effective only to the extent permitted by applicable law; these terms do not prevent you from seeking assistance from a competent regulator or court.
